Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Executive to join our Forensic & Financial Crime team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex engagements across a diverse range of industries.
The ideal candidate will possess strong forensic business intelligence and research skills, eager to learn and contribute to investigative and compliance projects. The ideal candidate should be able to gather, organize, and interpret data to support investigations (including fraud, corruption, misconduct, and regulatory investigations) and/or due diligence activities (including integrity, reputational, financial, and third-party due diligence). Exposure to financial, documentary, or regulatory information is a plus, but prior experience is not mandatory. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to take initiative, and have strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
As an Executive in our Forensic & Financial Crime team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and member firm counterparts with the intention to exceed member firm expectations. You’ll:
• Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business model, processes, and procedures, tailoring insights to suit sector-specific risks and dynamics.
• Perform discreet calling to gather confidential insights.
• Conduct market intelligence (MI) activity including field visits and on ground investigation/enquiries.
• Carry out investigative research, public records and regulatory research (e.g., MCA, SEBI, global databases)
• Identify red flags such as adverse media, litigation, and compliance issues.
• Prepare detailed and well-structured due diligence and MI reports, and presentations, articulating complex findings clearly, professionally, and client-read.
Skills, Experience & Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and report-writing abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, databases, and open-source intelligence platforms.
• Any exposure to investigative research or discreet calling is a plus.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
