Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance reviews, exit management).
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment needs and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
- Support learning and development programs for skill enhancement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP or generalist.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office Suite.
