Key responsibilities:


  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance reviews, exit management).
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment needs and workforce planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
  • Support learning and development programs for skill enhancement.


 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP or generalist.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office Suite.
