Job Summary
Deloitte is hiring a Business Analyst to support customer-centric growth and transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to solve complex business problems, generate insights, and drive execution across projects. The analyst will contribute to go-to-market strategies, retail and customer strategy engagements, while ensuring strong collaboration, communication, and delivery of data-driven solutions.
Role Description
* Be part of growth and transformation engagements across go-to-market, retail, and customer strategy
* Work with client business stakeholders, transformation consultants, and technology teams
* Gather and deliver requirements for assigned programs
* Demonstrate strong communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills
* Work in Agile environments comfortably
* Handle fast-paced projects with excellent written and verbal communication
* Deliver high-quality outputs including presentations, models, and dashboards
* Support on-field market visit activities when required
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, structure, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to solve business problems
* Build Excel models and frameworks for market sizing, growth forecasting, and performance tracking
* Translate business problems into analytical approaches and hypotheses
* Conduct primary and secondary research across industries
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones
Skills Required:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (SQL / visualization tools are a plus)
* Structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Collaborative mindset with stakeholder management ability
* Exposure to go-to-market strategies / growth thinking preferred
* Understanding of retail operations and KPIs
* Experience in market assessment and competitor analysis
* Familiarity with customer experience frameworks and journey mapping
* Ability to work across cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations, sales)
Educational Requirements:
* Btech/ BE/ MBA/ MCA in any field
