Your work profile
· Ensures the high availability, performance, and security of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/11i) and databases (19c/12c/11g). Key responsibilities include advanced cloning (Rapid Clone), patching (ADOP), RAC/ASM management, performance tuning (AWR/ASH), and 24x7 production support. They lead upgrades, migrations, and troubleshoot complex application/database issues
· Mentor junior DBAs and support readiness of business SMEs.
Key skills required
· Experience: 7–15+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA specializing in E-Business Suite R12.
· Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Oracle Database (11g, 12c, 19c), RAC, ASM, Data Guard, WebLogic, and Shell Scripting.
· Tools: Proficient in ADOP, Rapid Clone, OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager), and RMAN.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, 24x7 environment.
