- Compliance and Control Expertise: The proposed resources must demonstrate extensive experience in compliance, internal controls, and regulatory affairs, with a proven track record in sectors such as entertainment, investment management, and public events. Previous experience of working in these areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be preferred.
- Experienced Professionals: Seconded professionals should possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in compliance and internal controls. They should hold certifications in ISO 37301 (Compliance), and other relevant industry certifications if applicable.
- Experience in Relevant Industries: The resources should have experience in investment management, operational and financial risks, and regulatory compliance within the entertainment industry. Interviews with proposed consultants will be conducted to assess the required skills and experience.
