Skill Required

  • 5+ years of experience in process transformationdata analytics, or enterprise systems.
  • Proven expertise in CelonisSignavio, or other process mining platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business processes such as P2P, O2C, Production, Finance, and ITSM.
  • Hands-on experience in data engineeringSQLETL, and dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with BPMN modeling, KPIs, and process performance metrics.
  • Ability to work across business and technical teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in supporting greenfield S/4HANA deployments is a plus.

 

 

 

 

Detailed skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics/ Computer Science/ Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics/ Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
  • Mandatory experience in atleast one of the process mining tools (Signavio, Celonis, etc.)
  • Have overall 5+ years and minimum 3+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area
  • Have a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
  • Strong experience on ETL and data modelling activities, build data transformations, event log creation.
  • Certifications in Signavio Process Intelligence, Signavio Process Insights, Celonis Data Engineer and Implementation Analyst are preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL or other RDBMS is mandatory
  • Good knowledge on data warehousing schema concepts and modelling
  • Good knowledge on various ERP systems (SAP ECC/ S4HANA, Oracle EBS/ R12, Salesforce, Peoplesoft, Coupa, CRM etc.)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R, MATLAB, etc.) are added advantage
  • Certifications on Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt are added advantage
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Great team player, providing assistance and guidance to peers
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers
