Job Title: Manager | Conversational AI | Delhi | Customer Strategy & Design
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conversational AI lead to join our team. As a lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art tools using large language models and Python. You will play a crucial role in advancing our AI capabilities, driving innovation, and solving complex problems using generative AI techniques. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python programming, Conversational AI Bots, and extensive experience working with large language models.
- Design/Develop/implement Conversational AI Bots/Self Service using large language models
- Research, design, and experiment with novel generative AI techniques to improve model performance and output quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers, to integrate generative models into various applications and platforms.
- Train and fine-tune large language models for specific tasks or domains by leveraging transfer learning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAI, Gen AI, Voice AI and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Document research findings, methodologies, and implementation details for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven experience designing and integrating solutions using large language and foundation models through platforms such as Azure OpenAI Service, Google Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing generative AI models for text, image, or other data types.
- Familiarity with transfer learning and pre-training techniques for large language models.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop and optimize prompts for various natural language processing tasks using few-shot, one-shot, and zero-shot learning techniques.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Machine Learning
- Work with vector databases like ChromaDB and Elasticsearch to power Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Having exposure in Conversational AI is a plus.
