We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conversational AI lead to join our team. As a lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art tools using large language models and Python. You will play a crucial role in advancing our AI capabilities, driving innovation, and solving complex problems using generative AI techniques. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python programming, Conversational AI Bots, and extensive experience working with large language models. 


  • Design/Develop/implement Conversational AI Bots/Self Service using large language models  
  • Research, design, and experiment with novel generative AI techniques to improve model performance and output quality. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers, to integrate generative models into various applications and platforms. 
  • Train and fine-tune large language models for specific tasks or domains by leveraging transfer learning and domain adaptation techniques. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAI, Gen AI, Voice AI and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. 
  • Document research findings, methodologies, and implementation details for future reference and knowledge transfer. 
  • Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members  


  1. Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. 
  2. Proven experience designing and integrating solutions using large language and foundation models through platforms such as Azure OpenAI Service, Google Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock. 
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing generative AI models for text, image, or other data types. 
  4. Familiarity with transfer learning and pre-training techniques for large language models. 
  5. Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI. 
  6. Develop and optimize prompts for various natural language processing tasks using few-shot, one-shot, and zero-shot learning techniques. 
  7. Understanding of Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Machine Learning 
  8. Work with vector databases like ChromaDB and Elasticsearch to power Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). 
  9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
  10. Having exposure in Conversational AI is a plus.
