Job Title:  Manager | D365 F&O - Functional SCM | Delhi | Emerging ERP Solutions

Role Summary

Responsible for leading SCM solution delivery, managing consulting teams, ensuring project success, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead end-to-end SCM solution delivery for ERP implementations

·      Manage functional consultants and project workstreams

·      Define overall SCM solution architecture

·      Conduct executive-level workshops with stakeholders

·      Oversee integrations, testing strategy, and data migration

·      Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation

·      Support presales activities and solution demonstrations

·      Ensure governance and quality assurance of deliverables

·      Assist in conducting interview, asset development and presales activity

Required Skills

·      9+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

·      Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

·      Candidate to be certified in “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect”

·      Experience managing large ERP implementation programs

·      Knowledge of global supply chain best practices

·      Exposure to Copilot and AI agents

·      Worked on Indian Localization (Optional)
