Your work profile
- Define project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
- Track project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to quality and governance standards.
- Act as the primary coordination point between business, plant operations, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, status reviews, and steering committee meetings.
- Provide regular project updates and management reporting.
- Identify project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Develop mitigation plans and drive issue resolution.
- Manage change requests and impact assessments.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
- Ensure smooth transition to support and operations teams.
- Monitor project outcomes and stabilization activities post deployment.
Key skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 8–15 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing manufacturing, Industry 4.0, enterprise application, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and system integration projects.
