Skills required:

DLP (Forcepoint) / Data Classification (Microsoft AIP / TITUS / Klassify) / CASB (Netscope)

·       Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

·       Understand the client ways of working, guidelines, stakeholders, leaders, building

·       Establish strong relationship with stakeholders

·       Independently manage the responsibilities

·       Manage a team of professionals – leadership skills is required

·       Good communication skills along with good understanding on civil & MEP and project cycle.

·       Manage and administer data inventory tools and provide operational reports to the management teams.

·       Lead cross functional initiatives to drive enterprise-wide data protection strategy forward (e.g., risk-based application inventory, data classification, access and encryption controls, data discovery\monitoring, etc.)

·       Work to identify and manage data protection risks that will drive improvements to the enterprise-wide data protection strategy, policy, processes, and tools

·       Hands-on experience on DLP, File/Email/Endpoint encryption, Data Classification, Data Discovery, Data Masking solutions

• Hands-on experience on DLP, File/Email/Endpoint encryption, Data Classification, Data Discovery, Data Masking solutions
• Implementation of Netskope CASB and DLP standards for 6000+ end users across the Globe
• Spearheaded the design, implementation, and policy development for the Netskope CASB, DLP Platform and IAM.
• Worked on Creation, Management and Fine Tuning of Policies as per the requirement of Clients.
• Work to prevent and detect intrusions using Endpoint, EDR Tools.
• Implemented business procedures and DLP security programs and Suggested expansions for DLP programs as per business requirements.
