The team

Global Employer Services (GES) provides compliance and advisory services to clients for them to manage their global workforce. The Mobility Offering provides advisory and compliance services to address complex employment tax and employment issues associated with expanding global workforces, including mobility, immigration, and payroll. The Reward Offering provides advisory and compliance services to address complex employment tax and employment issues associated with employee reward, including executive compensation, equity and incentives, and employment taxes. Your work profile

As a Manager in our GES Tax Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Managing engagement & teams
• Single point of contact for clients
• Handling various queries raised on taxation by Expats.
• Guiding teams for Preparation of appeals submissions and other returns for representation in front of tax authorities and Compliances documents to be send to clients without review of partner.
• Involve in advisory assignments like structuring.
• Undertake fee negotiation with clients and billing activities.
• Business Development initiatives.

Key skills required: 

• CA with 4 -7 years’ Experience in Taxation (with minimal working experience of 3-4 years in expatriate taxation)
• Strong Technical Knowledge
• Analytical Skill and Clarity of Concepts
• Project Management skills
• Leadership Qualities
• Proficient in using technology - to hold certification courses.
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• People’s person
• Preferred Big 4 consulting.
• Work experience in areas of Social Security, immigration and foreign exchange
