The team

Data Technology and Analytics uses innovative tools to analyze vast amounts of data in order to proactively or reactively identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost optimization, risk mitigation and strategic advice for our clients. The group specializes in electronic data sourcing, optimization, analysis, interpretation, prediction and modelling.

We work as an extension of our Deloitte member firms’ analytics practices and provide dedicated support throughout the project lifecycle. Working on international assignments involving cross-border and cross-service line teams allows you to build your networks across the vast Global Deloitte network.

Your work profile

As a Manager in our Data Technology and Analytics Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
• Design and implement enterprise Maximo solutions.
• Configure business processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Support data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices.
• Work directly with client stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key skills required: 

In order to be considered for the role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of business modelling services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant IBM Maximo and TRIRIGA experience. North American Project Exp. Preferred and experience in both Maximo and TRIRIGA preferred
• Must have delivered 5-6 or more large-scale IBM Maximo implementations and TRIRIGA Implementation
• Bacheler’s degree in any specialization
• Experience across implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and transformation programs.
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience.

• Experience leading large transformation programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
