Role - Infra Project Manager

Location- Gurgaon (Only)

Experience- 10-15 years

Nature of the job- 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH. Shift- General.

Primary Skills: 10+ years of PM exp, should be from Infra background, must have SCRUM Master and have either Cloud AWS or Azure. Should have good communication.

About you

• Proven experience in IT Infrastructure project management. (preferably including another financial services company / Cybersecurity would also be advantageous too).
• Proven experience (5 years+) in IT Infrastructure project management
• Proven experience in delivering Infrastructure projects in both an Agile and Waterfall method. 
• History of successful project delivery. Breadth of knowledge across the infrastructure technology stack, including Cloud technologies, having a strong End User Compute, Zoom, Audio-Visual experience would be of benefit.
• Experience with managing budgets
• Delivery and results focused, with the ability to build and manage client / customer relationships
• Ability to report to steering committees comprised of senior executives
• Demonstrable experience in managing internal and external technology partners
• Ability to analyse complex problems in a structured manor whilst under pressure
• Desire to build effective working relationships with key business and technology stakeholders
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in driving appropriate Agile team behaviours and promoting Agile principles, values and techniques within your teams.
• Flexible and approachable team-worker
• Degree level qualification or equivalent (preferable)
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification (preferable)
• Agile Certifications required Scrum Master (SCM)
• Agile Certifications are beneficial such as AgilePM, Prince2 Agile, SAFe.
