The Team
Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.
As a BI Architect, you will lead the strategic design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-wide analytics platforms. You'll architect scalable, secure, and cloud-ready BI solutions that unify data from Multiple systems like SAP, Salesforce, and AWS/Azure-based ecosystems. This role demands hands-on technical knowledge coupled with a strong vision for data-driven business transformation.
Architecture & Design
•Spearhead BI architecture across domains using modular, scalable frameworks
•Develop data models (Snowflake schema) optimized for self-service analytics and reporting
•Design end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines to support real-time and batch processing
Integration & Governance
•Lead seamless integration of SAP, Salesforce, and third-party systems into Azure BI ecosystem
•Establish governance standards for metadata, lineage, and data quality
•Implement robust compliance and security protocols across BI platforms
Cloud & Visualization
•Architect cloud-native BI stacks using Azure services (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Power BI)
•Enable report migration and modernization from legacy platforms to Power BI
•Optimize performance, scalability, and availability of BI assets
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
•Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to map analytics to outcomes
•Define agile delivery milestones and drive adoption across user communities
•Serve as the BI subject matter expert in steering committees and roadmap reviews
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, IS, or similar qualifications.
Experience
- 7+ years in BI design and development and migration
- Tech Stack: Azure , Snowflake ,SQL, DAX, MDX, SAP & Salesforce data models, Azure BI services
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum experience preferred
- Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, communication excellence
Location and way of working:
- Base location: Gurgaon, Haryana
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
