The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

 

Revenue, Sales & AUM Reporting Ownership

•          Own end-to-end reporting for:

§  Sales (Gross / Net / Money In / Money Out)

§  Assets Under Management (AUM) & Assets under Administration (AUA)

§  Revenue (Management fees, performance fees, distribution flows)

•          Ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and control framework alignment

•          Manage month-end, quarter-end and budgeting cycles

•          Deliver actionable MI (Management Information) for leadership

•          Drive standardisation of definitions and KPI governance

Investment Management FP&A & Forecasting

•          Partner with Finance & Business teams on:

·               Revenue forecasting

·               AUM projections

·               Budget planning cycles

•          Analyse drivers:

·               Market movement vs Net flows

·               Product mix

·               Channel performance

•          Provide variance commentary & performance insights

•          Support scenario modelling and forward-looking analytics

Techno-Functional & Systems Leadership

•          Strong working knowledge of:

·               OBIEE / BI reporting platforms

·               Data warehouses / semantic layers

·               SQL (preferred)

·               Reporting automation tools

•          Partner with technology teams for:

·               Enhancements

·               Dashboard rationalisation

·               Data model improvements

·               Automation & EUC remediation

•          Translate business requirements into system enhancements

•          Ensure data lineage, controls, and documentation standards

KPI Governance & Data Quality

•          Own KPI framework across Sales, Assets and Revenue

•          Drive data governance best practices

•          Identify and resolve upstream data issues

•          Build early-warning indicators for reporting anomalies

•          Ensure alignment across global definitions and reporting packs

Team Leadership & Capability Building

•          Lead and develop a team (5–15 FTEs depending on scale)

•          Set clear KRAs and performance expectations

•          Build domain depth within Investment Management reporting

•          Drive culture of automation and continuous improvement

•          Coach team on stakeholder engagement & presentation skills

•          Partner with:

§  Regional Sales Heads

§  CFO / Business Finance teams

§  Distribution leadership

§  Technology & Data teams

•          Present insights to senior leadership

•          Influence cross-regional alignment

•          Support strategic transformation initiatives
