Your work profile
As a Manager in the Infra & Real Estate team you will focus on (a) Business Development and (b) management and delivery of client engagements. In this role, the person is also expected to lead teams and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.
- Lead business Development in the agreed sectors and services.
- End to end execution of transaction advisory mandated involving preparation of business case, feasibility studies, marketing collaterals, bid process management etc.
- Advice on issues pertaining to Public-Private Partnerships across the project life cycle
- Review transaction documents and guide the team though all stages the transaction or project execution phase
- Primary point of contact for Clients and responsible for Client management
- High commitment to learn and deliver across the transaction lifecycle.
- Guide the team and show extremely high level of commitment for driving transaction / project closures
- Candidates with related expertise in PPP / Infrastructure Advisory will be preferred
Key skills required:
- Bachelor’s in commerce/engineering/planning (Bachelor in engineering in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- Post-graduation in management / MBA /CA qualified (CFA and premier university preferred)
- At least 7+ years of work relevant experience in Infrastructure finance and Public-Private Partnerships including experience related to business plan formulation, investment decisions and business case/ techno-financial feasibilities preparation, project financing and funding, financial analysis and modeling, transaction advisory and similar work
- Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
- Good understanding of transaction documents
- Ability to multitask on multiple engagements
- Fluency in written & verbal English
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
