Work you’ll do

As a member of the learning team, you will play a keen role in building the firm for the future. Your mature and productive working relationships with our business leaders, will help prioritize the development of market focused capabilities. Your work will contribute to the overall goal of developing key capabilities and help deliver high quality development experiences for our practitioners across the firm.

Responsibilities:

Content Management:

  • Create, develop and manage learning on lines of professional and leadership courses
  • Manage the repository of learning assets, ensuring version control and easy access for users.
  • Evaluate and recommend development options both formal and informal including buy, build and/or redesign as well as the appropriate delivery mechanism
  • Conduct needs assessments and prioritization exercise with business stakeholders, determine gaps in curriculum/programs, advise on fulfillment efforts, ensure quality delivery against the objectives aligned with business.
  • Act as a learning and talent development advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals
  • Provide advisory support to stakeholders

Training Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions, including securing venues, arranging materials, and coordinating with trainers.
  • Recommend appropriate delivery mechanisms (e.g., classroom, e-Learning, virtual classroom, performance support, blended learning) and leading-edge instructional design strategies based on defined learning outcomes
  • Manage enrollment and attendance tracking for all training programs.
  • Ensure timely communication with participants, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with regional teams and other relevant team within the organizations

Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with external vendors for training services, materials, and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage billing and payments.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning operations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the organization’s learning processes.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate and analyze reports on training effectiveness, learner engagement.
  • Provide input to program monitoring and reporting.
  • Maintain the learning dashboard and provide insights to L&D leadership on trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain the LMS, including course uploads, user management, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and provide support to learners and trainers.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the LMS.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently and virtually with minimal guidance. Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Ability to deal with ambiguity, and proactively address change in direction and friction points
  • Demonstrated experience leading and interacting with cross functional teams across multiple locations in a matrix organization
  • Previous project management success in organizations, which require collaboration, consensus, and a high degree of influence to be successful
  • Excellent business acumen to develop effective strategic business partnership with key stakeholders to further business goals. Builds trusting relationships based on integrity, responsiveness and results.
  • Comfortable navigating through innovations in learning strategies and technologies
  • Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills geared to all levels of audience
  • Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent required
  • 8 years of relevant experience working in a large, multinational organization in the area of learning and development.
