Work you’ll do

 

The Manager – Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering impactful learning programs that enhance behavioural and leadership capabilities across the organization. This role involves end-to-end program management, facilitation of learning sessions, and development of engaging content to support organizational growth and talent development.

 

Responsibilities:

Learning Program Management

  • Design and implement learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs, including planning, scheduling, and evaluation.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Facilitation

  • Conduct engaging and interactive workshops focused on behavioral and leadership skills.
  • Adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences and learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Content Development

  • Create high-quality learning materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and digital content.
  • Incorporate innovative learning methodologies and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with organizational culture.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors for program delivery.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the behavioural skills learning team to design and deliver impactful interventions.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in facilitation and content development.

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on behavioral skills and leadership development.
  • Proven expertise in program management, facilitation, and instructional design.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
