Team Lead Role: Oracle Fusion SCM – Manufacturing and Costing

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Deep understanding and implementation experience of following modules:
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing
• PLM/Product hub
• Supply Chain Planning
• Manufacturing Costing
• Quality Management (including inspection, Non-Compliance and CAPA)
• Deep understanding and implementation experience of following Costing transactions:
• Procurement landed cost and receipt accounting
• MFG WIP costs (RM, Labor, OH, and others) tracking
• Inventory transactions costing
• OM-COGS recognition
• Hands-on experience on following costing engines:
• Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SFO)
• Landed Cost Management (LCM)
• Experience on SLA accounting to create GL journal entries
• Any custom costing solution managed in past
• Drive system configuration, testing, and support activities, overseeing end-to-end processes within the manufacturing and costing modules.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and operations, to integrate manufacturing and costing functionalities with other Oracle modules.
• Conduct process workshops to gather requirements, identify pain points, and design solutions that enhance manufacturing and costing workflows.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to project scope and deadlines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Lead user training sessions, deliver knowledge transfer (KT) to stakeholders, and create detailed documentation for ongoing support.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within Oracle Fusion applications, performing audits and validations as required.
• Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing to resolve complex problems efficiently.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Manufacturing and Costing modules, with a minimum of 7 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, cost structures, and variance analysis, with proven hands-on configuration experience.
• Excellent project management skills, with a background in leading teams and managing timelines.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, reports, and Fusion Cloud integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and client-facing experience.
• Oracle certification in Manufacturing/Costing (preferred).
