Role Overview

The Manager – Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a delivery leadership role responsible for leading integration workstreams, designing scalable integration architectures, and managing end-to-end delivery of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions as part of large Oracle Cloud transformation programs. The role combines strong technical expertise in OIC with delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership within a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Delivery & Workstream Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workstreams across Oracle Fusion, EBS, and third-party systems
  • Plan and manage integration scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, and security guidelines
  • Identify integration risks and issues, and drive timely resolution and escalation

Oracle Integration Cloud Solution Leadership

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architectures using OIC
  • Lead development of integrations including app-driven, scheduled, and event-based patterns
  • Guide usage of OIC adapters (ERP Cloud, REST, SOAP, FTP, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Drive best practices for error handling, reprocessing, monitoring, and logging
  • Support Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud integration and coexistence architectures

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary integration point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Participate in solution design discussions, technical workshops, and architecture reviews
  • Provide regular status updates to project leadership and governance forums
  • Support pursuits, estimations, and solution transition activities for new engagements

Global Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor integration teams (6–15+ resources) across offshore and hybrid models
  • Allocate work, review technical deliverables, and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Coordinate with Finance, SCM, Data, and Security teams for end-to-end integration delivery
  • Foster collaboration across Deloitte global delivery centers

People Development & Capability Building

  • Coach Senior Consultants and Consultants on OIC technical and delivery best practices
  • Support OIC training, certification, and upskilling initiatives
  • Contribute to performance feedback, career development, and team engagement
  • Build reusable assets, accelerators, and integration frameworks

Financial & Commercial Support

  • Support effort estimation, planning, and tracking for integration workstreams
  • Assist with scope management, change requests, and impact assessments
  • Ensure accurate time reporting and compliance with delivery and financial controls
  • Drive productivity and continuous improvement across integration delivery

Required Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory

  • 8–11 years of overall IT / integration experience
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion Applications with external systems
  • Experience leading integration workstreams and managing delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, security, and middleware concepts

Preferred

  • Experience in Big 4 or large global system integrators
  • Experience with Oracle EBS, SOA Suite, or OCI Integration services
  • Exposure to Oracle Service Bus (OSB), BIP integrations, or VBCS
  • Oracle OIC certification(s)
