Job Description – Oracle EBS Finance Implementation Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and rollout activities. The role involves close collaboration with business and IT teams to design, configure, and deploy robust financial solutions within Oracle EBS R12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle implementation of Oracle EBS Finance modules – GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional configurations.
- Configure key financial setups such as ledgers, COA, accounting calendars, and intercompany rules.
- Prepare BR100, MD50, test cases, and user training documents as per AIM/OUM methodology.
- Support data migration of master and transactional data for Finance modules.
- Lead CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions ensuring business sign-off.
- Collaborate with technical teams for RICE components and reporting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit controls, and corporate policies.
- Provide post-go-live stabilization and end-user support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Projects, SCM) for integrated business flows.
