Role Overview

The Manager – Oracle Global Delivery Network (GDN) plays a critical role in managing and coordinating Oracle Cloud delivery across global delivery centers, working closely with senior leadership, onshore engagement teams, and clients. The role focuses on delivery excellence, operational governance, team management, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of Oracle Cloud programs at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Global Delivery & Governance

  • Manage day-to-day delivery operations for Oracle Cloud (Fusion) engagements across global delivery centers
  • Support senior leadership in enforcing Deloitte delivery standards, quality controls, and governance frameworks
  • Track delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and remediation plans across multiple workstreams

Oracle Cloud Delivery Management

  • Oversee delivery of Oracle Fusion modules including Financials, SCM.
  • Coordinate offshore-onshore delivery models and ensure seamless collaboration
  • Review solution designs, configurations, and deliverables to ensure alignment with Oracle and Deloitte best practices

Senior Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a primary interface between delivery teams and senior leadership (Directors/Partners)
  • Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and steering committee materials
  • Proactively escalate delivery, resource, or commercial risks with mitigation options

Resource & Capacity Management

  • Manage resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning across the Oracle GDN
  • Support staffing, onboarding, and transition of resources across engagements
  • Identify skill gaps and work with leadership on hiring and upskilling plans

People & Performance Management

  • Lead and mentor team leads, senior consultants, and functional specialists
  • Drive performance management, coaching, and career development for delivery teams
  • Support training, certification, and Oracle Cloud capability-building initiatives

Financial & Commercial Support

  • Support tracking of project financials, including effort burn, utilization, and change requests
  • Assist leadership with scope management, estimations, and commercial discussions
  • Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and SLAs

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Drive standardization, reuse of assets, templates, and accelerators across Oracle engagements
  • Support adoption of automation, reporting, and emerging Oracle Cloud capabilities
  • Contribute to practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, and delivery optimization

Required Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory

  • 8–12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion Applications
  • Strong functional experience in at least one Oracle Cloud pillar (Finance, SCM)
  • Experience working in global delivery or offshore-onshore models
  • Proven experience managing multi-workstream delivery teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in Big 4 or large system integrator environments
  • Exposure to Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud transformation programs
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant functional areas
  • Experience supporting large, complex enterprise clients
