Job Title: Delivery Manager

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 8–12 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Delivery Manager to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale, open-source technology implementations in the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-Governance frameworks, open-source technologies, and project delivery life cycles, with demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement within the public sector domain.

Key Responsibilities:

•                Lead end-to-end delivery of open-source-based digital platforms for government clients, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget execution.

•                Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, reporting, and issue resolution.

•                Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless implementation and rollout.

•                Drive requirement analysis, resource planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

•                Monitor and manage project performance using project tracking tools and metrics.

•                Ensure compliance with government IT policies, data security, and cloud governance frameworks (e.g., MeitY guidelines, MeghRaj).

•                Facilitate UAT, deployment, training, and post-implementation support with respective departments and end-users.

•                Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

•                5 to 8 years of proven experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3+ years in e-Governance or government-sector implementations.

•                Strong exposure to open-source technologies and cloud platforms (preferably MeghRaj or NIC Cloud).

•                Experience in managing multi-state deployments, government integrations and large user bases.

•                Experience with NIC or government-developed platforms.

•                Familiarity with government procurement processes, RFPs, SLAs, and compliance norms
