Your work profile

We are looking for Project cum Strategy Manager. The Project cum Strategy Manager will support strategic advisory, digital transformation, and technology modernization initiatives for government and public sector organizations. The role requires a highly capable professional with strong strategic, business, and technology understanding to support institutional transformation, process optimization, and technology-enabled governance improvements.

The resource is expected to engage with senior stakeholders, drive structured problem-solving, provide strategic insights, and contribute to the design and implementation of transformation initiatives involving business process improvement, governance enhancement, and technology adoption. Must have strong strategy development experience.

Key Skills required:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Management consulting
• Strategy consulting
• Government advisory
• Digital transformation
• IT consulting
• Business transformation
• Experience in managing large and complex transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders is preferred.
• Prior experience in consulting assignments for government departments, public institutions, regulatory bodies, or large enterprises will be desirable.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with
• MBA / PGDM in Management, Strategy, Operations, Information Systems, or related specialization
• Qualification must be from a Tier-1 premier institution.
