Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Supply Chain practice at a Manager level. The role involves leading engagements across end-to-end supply chain transformation, with a strong focus on Plan / Source / Make domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver supply chain transformation engagements across planning / sourcing / manufacturing domains
- Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives for clients
- Work closely with client leadership to define supply chain strategies and roadmaps
- Lead diagnostics, solution design, and implementation of supply chain best practices
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on supply chain matters
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring capability development
- Support business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and solutioning
Key Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- MBA from Tier I / Tier II institutes
- Experience:
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry
- Prior experience with Big 4 / leading consulting firms preferred
- Hands-on experience in following areas:
- Demand / Supply Planning
- Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
- Manufacturing / Shopfloor operations

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to supply chain tools/platforms
- Experience in industries such as Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Metals and Mining, Cement, Chemicals, Pharma etc.
- Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs
