Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Supply Chain practice at a Manager level. The role involves leading engagements across end-to-end supply chain transformation, with a strong focus on Plan / Source / Make domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver supply chain transformation engagements across planning / sourcing / manufacturing domains
  • Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives for clients
  • Work closely with client leadership to define supply chain strategies and roadmaps
  • Lead diagnostics, solution design, and implementation of supply chain best practices
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on supply chain matters
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment
  • Mentor and guide team members, ensuring capability development
  • Support business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and solutioning

Key Requirements

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • MBA from Tier I / Tier II institutes
  • Experience:
  • 7–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry
  • Prior experience with Big 4 / leading consulting firms preferred
  • Hands-on experience in following areas:
  • Demand / Supply Planning
  • Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
  • Manufacturing / Shopfloor operations

Core Competencies

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Experience in supply chain transformation / digital initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to supply chain tools/platforms
  • Experience in industries such as Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Metals and Mining, Cement, Chemicals, Pharma etc.
  • Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs
