Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration for large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformations (greenfield, brownfield, and selective carve-outs).
- Define and own the data migration strategy, governance, and roadmap across programs.
- Oversee data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation for master and transactional data.
- Design and execute migrations using S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (Fiori), ETL tools, SLT, and custom solutions.
- Plan and manage mock loads, dress rehearsals, cutover, and go-live execution.
- Lead and mentor data migration teams; coordinate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, audit readiness, and sign-off.
- Identify and mitigate data risks, dependencies, and performance issues.
