Your work profile

• Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
• Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.
• Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

• • Lead end-to-end SAP data migration for large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformations (greenfield, brownfield, and selective carve-outs).
  • Define and own the data migration strategy, governance, and roadmap across programs.
  • Oversee data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation for master and transactional data.
  • Design and execute migrations using S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (Fiori), ETL tools, SLT, and custom solutions.
  • Plan and manage mock loads, dress rehearsals, cutover, and go-live execution.
  • Lead and mentor data migration teams; coordinate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, audit readiness, and sign-off.
  • Identify and mitigate data risks, dependencies, and performance issues.

  Desired qualifications 

  • CA / MBA- Finance/ Cost Accountants  
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment. 
  • 5+ years of specific experience and expertise in SAP ECC FI/CO and S/4Hana Finance, and associated business processes and functionalities, and more specifically in the area of Product 
  • At least 5+ years of experience in SAP supply chain planning 
  • Willingness to travel for short and long term durations. 
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

  • This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
