Your work profile

• • Manage the design, development, and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions, including model creation, data integration, workflows, and planning logic.
• • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and deliver scalable planning models.
• • Oversee end‑to‑end project execution covering system configuration, data modeling, forecasting, budgeting, allocations, and reporting frameworks within SAC.
• • Lead integration efforts between SAC and SAP/Non‑SAP systems (BW, S/4HANA, flat files, APIs) to ensure seamless and accurate data flow.
• • Guide and support the project team in developing advanced planning capabilities such as predictive planning, scenario modeling, driver‑based planning, and custom workflows.
• • Ensure high‑quality delivery through testing, validation, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
• • Assist business users during UAT, training, and transition to post‑go‑live operations.
• • Contribute to presales activities, solution design, effort estimation, and development of reusable assets for SAC Planning.

Key skills required

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on order management, supply chain, or related enterprise systems. Experience on MAO, Sterling OMS, BY OM, Fluent Commerce will be preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence).
