Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD workstream delivery across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements, with accountability for project execution and business outcomes.
• Drive Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, and Output Management.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD solutions covering domestic sales, export sales, intercompany processes, stock transport orders (STO), consignment, third-party sales, and returns management.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, business process assessments, and Fit-Gap analysis to define scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and review functional specifications, business process documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and other project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, EWM/WM, and other SAP modules.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and transition to support operations.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, resource planning, RAID management, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, third-party vendors, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and project team members while driving SAP best practices and delivery excellence.

Key Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Hands-on expertise in Sales, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Returns, Intercompany, STO, Consignment, and Third-Party Order Processing.
• Experience leading at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, SAP Delivery Management, or Workstream Leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, project governance, planning, estimation, risk management, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and coordinating across functional, technical, Basis, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations, including SAP BTP, Fiori, EWM, third-party applications, interfaces, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on SAP SD consulting responsibilities with end-to-end project delivery ownership.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA Sales (SAP SD) certification is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certification is highly desirable.
• Additional SAP certifications and experience in global or multi-country SAP implementations will be an added advantage.
