Your work profile

• Lead SAP SD workstreams across implementation, rollout, transformation, enhancement, upgrade, and support engagements, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design and optimization, aligning SAP SD solutions with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and translate complex business needs into scalable SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and support key SAP SD functionalities including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Transportation Execution, Credit Management, Returns Processing, Rebates, and Output Management.
• Design and oversee integration between SAP SD and MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders for process improvement, digital transformation, and SAP S/4HANA adoption initiatives.
• Lead Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
• Review and approve functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integration developments.
• Manage SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment activities, and business readiness planning.
• Oversee application support, incident management, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and drive adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Manage project plans, resource allocation, budgets, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications across multiple engagements.
• Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, effort estimations, proposal development, and client presentations.

Key Requirements

• 10-15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, and support projects.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Transportation, Credit Management, Returns, Rebates, and Output Determination.
• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, process design, and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA SD capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Deep integration knowledge across SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, CRM, and other related SAP modules.
• Experience working with IDocs, EDI integrations, interfaces, and third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of logistics execution, supply chain processes, and customer order management.
• Experience leading project delivery, resource management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk management activities.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori, modern SAP user experience solutions, and digital transformation programs is preferred.
• Experience supporting global rollouts, multi-country implementations, and enterprise-scale SAP programs.
• Strong leadership, people management, mentoring, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies is highly desirable.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA Sales certification is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
• Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Digital Transformation domains are desirable.
• Experience in global SAP transformation programs, enterprise process optimization, and customer-centric business environments is highly valued.
