Job Title: Manager | SAP SD | Delhi | SAP
The SAP SD Consultant will be responsible for delivering SAP Sales & Distribution solutions through requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders in Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP SD Configuration & Implementation
- Configure core SD modules:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Discounts
- Credit Management
- Shipping & Delivery
- Billing & Invoicing
- Partner Determination
- Set up master data: customer master, material master, condition records.
- Work on SD-related integrations with FI, MM, PP.
2. Business Requirements & Documentation
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare functional specs for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and customizations.
- Document configuration, test cases, and user manuals.
3. Testing & Support
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing (SIT), and UAT.
- Provide L2/L3 production support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to order-to-cash (OTC) processes.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with ABAP team for custom developments.
- Collaborate with Finance for billing/invoice integration.
- Support logistics teams in delivery and shipment processes.
5. Project & Change Management
- Participate in rollout, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Ensure compliance with change management practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Experience with:
- Pricing procedures
- Output determination
- Intercompany sales
- Third-party sales
- Consignment processes
- Credit & risk management
- Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and debugging basics.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- SAP SD certification (advantage).
- Exposure to Fiori apps in SD.
- Experience in end-to-end full lifecycle implementations.
