Job role Title- Technical Lead

Location : New Delhi

Experience:

·       No. of experience years preferred: 8+ Years.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, API integrations and deployment of secure, scalable applications aligned with Government of India cybersecurity and accessibility standards.

 

Qualification/s: 

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive architectures aligned with business objectives.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with emerging technologies, evaluating their suitability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks early in the project lifecycle.   
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.

·       Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems.

  • Contribute to open-source projects and foster a culture of open-source engagement within the organization.
  • Collaborate with external communities to stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in the open-source ecosystem.
  • Strong technical skills in cloud computing, software development, databases, networking, and security.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and agile frameworks.
  • Strong technical skills in Java and Node.js development, including frameworks like Spring and Express.js.
  • Relevant certifications such as Java SE Programmer, Java EE Architect, or Node.js Certified Developer are a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
