Job Title:  Manager | Third Party Risk Management | Delhi | Cyber Strategy & Transformation

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Manager to lead strategic cybersecurity transformation programs, drive client relationships, and expand our Cyber Strategy practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cyber maturity and enterprise risk transformation programs
• Oversee ISO 27001 implementation, certification readiness & remediation
• Design enterprise-wide Cyber GRC frameworks
• Lead TPRM framework development and vendor risk governance programs
• Drive complex Information Security audits and regulatory advisory
• Own proposal development, client BD decks, and solution positioning
• Manage cross-border engagements including Middle East markets
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E (Computer Science / IT) / BCA
• 6–8 years of cybersecurity consulting experience
• Knowledge of global standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, PCI DSS, etc.
• Strong leadership in cyber governance and risk domains
• Proven experience in business development and engagement management
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 LA

Preferred Profile

• Big 4 or global consulting experience strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence and client relationship management
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international including Middle East)
