- Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to conduct discovery workshops and understand customer pain points.
- Deliver tailored, compelling product demonstrations showcasing Workday HCM.
- Map complex business requirements to Workday’s technology, creating compelling value propositions.
- Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Requirements: Strong domain expertise in HR, excellent presentation/communication skills, and experience with ERP/SaaS applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's in any field.
