Job Title: Mgr | Government Advisory/Investment Promotion| Delhi| Restructuring,Turnaround&Cost Transformation
As a Manager in our Restructuring Services / Corporate Finance Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing client transactions from inception to completion. The candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, preparing pitches & collaterals, diligence management, and client & stakeholder management, with a strong desire to build and grow the Aerospace & Defence practice. You’ll support the team with:
Origination Support:
· Collaborate with cross functional teams in ideation and origination of transactions and engagements.
· Conduct industry research and financial analysis to identify potential transaction and engagement opportunities.
· Preparation of pitches and proposals to secure new business and build a strong pipeline.
Transaction & Engagement Management:
· Lead the end-to-end Transaction / Engagement execution covering Strategy, Investor outreach, investor facilitation, Land options identification, resolving investor queries and investment grounding monitoring.
· Work closely with potential investors/clients to understand their vision for expansion and help them devise entry strategy for India market
· Oversee transaction processes and deliverables including marketing & maintaining various engagement trackers.
· Finalize marketing materials including teasers and other presentations related to client meetings.
· Preparation for various meetings with clients/potential investors like pre-read documents, minutes of meetings and follow up on agreed action items in meetings.
· Guide team to conduct in-depth research on potential investors including financial analysis.
· Be able to understand Government department work processes and models of Public Private Partnership projects
Client Management:
· Serve as the primary point of contact, managing relationships & ensuring high-quality service.
· Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer strategic solutions, and deliver on client objectives.
· Maintain client engagement throughout the transaction lifecycle, proactively assessing and addressing concerns and managing expectations.
· Clearly and confidently articulate ideas in both written and verbal communications.
Team Collaboration:
· Lead and work with diverse teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to the team’s overall development.
