Your work profile
As a Senior Executive in our Restructuring Services / Corporate Finance Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing client transactions from inception to completion. The candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, preparing pitches & collaterals, diligence management, and client & stakeholder management, with a strong desire to build and grow the practice. You’ll support the team with:
Origination Support:
· Collaborate with cross functional teams in ideation and origination of transactions and engagements.
· Conduct industry research and financial analysis to identify potential transaction and engagement opportunities.
· Preparation of pitches and proposals to secure new business and build a strong pipeline.
Engagement Support:
· Prepare marketing materials including teasers and other presentations related to client meetings.
· Support in transaction processes and deliverables including marketing & maintaining various engagement trackers.
· Assist team in preparation for various meetings with clients/potential investors like pre-read documents, minutes of meetings and follow up on agreed action items in meetings.
· Conduct in-depth research on potential investors including financial analysis.
Team Collaboration:
· Lead and work with diverse teams (various sector teams) to ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to the team’s overall development.
· Foster a positive work environment to promote high performance and teamwork.
· Actively support colleagues beyond individual responsibilities, promoting a strong team dynamic.
· Stay informed on trends, regulations, and market dynamics impacting the engagement deliverables.
· Develop thought leadership and build a reputation as a subject-matter expert in the chosen sector.
Desired qualifications
· Education: CA / MBA in Finance / CFA preferred, with a strong academic background.
· Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in corporate finance and strategy with demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end transactions
· Exposure to work with global clients in industries e.g., Automotive, ESDM, Manufacturing, IT services, Health Care etc. (Any one)
· Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management.
· Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
· Good understanding of transaction documents
· Ability to multitask on multiple engagements.
· Fluency in written & verbal English
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Location and way of working
· Base location: Lucknow
· This profile involves occasional travelling to client/potential investors location.
· Work from office/client location is expected.
