The Deloitte Strategy Risk & Transaction team consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals dedicated to providing companies with customized services.  Our team of client focused industry leaders is committed to working to address the range of client transactions.

Your work profile

 

As a Senior Executive in our Strategy Risk & Transaction team within President’s office, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams to exceed expectations:

Operational support

  • Assists Chief of Staff (CoS) to manage the President's agenda, prioritizing meetings and information flow.
  • Assist in making presentations for the President for key meetings.
  • Research topics or gather data relevant to the President's meetings or projects.
  • Assist with reporting requirements internally that needs to go out from President’s office.
  • Assists with special projects and initiatives assigned by the President and the CoS.
  • Assist in tracking progress towards goals and provide regular updates to the President.

 

Administrative support

 

  • Assist in managing the President's calendar by scheduling appointments, confirming details, and handling conflicts.
  • Help with booking flights, hotels, and car rentals for the executive's trips. Maintain travel itineraries and track expenses.
  • Screen incoming emails and calls, prioritizing them for the EA's attention. Draft basic replies or take messages as needed.


Desired qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 to 9 Years of relevant experience in operational support and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Discretion and handling confidential information with care is paramount.
  • Organization and time management, attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability for a fast-paced environment and with changing priorities.

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Delhi (preferred)/PAN India
  • Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
