Your work profile

Roles and Responsibilities  

Strong understanding of end‑to‑end R2R processes

Work with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) to configure, troubleshoot, and enhance R2R functionalities.

Support UAT, SIT, defect management, and change requests.

Create documentation (BRD, FSD, test scripts, SOPs).

Engage with Finance, Controllership, FP&A, and business teams to gather and document functional requirements.

Proficient in creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and test cases

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Strong documentation capabilities and familiarity with technical delivery artefacts and related terminologies

Conduct requirement workshops with business, technology, and operational teams.

Good knowledge of invoicing and AR processes (review and execution), accrual accounting, and tools such as Oracle CFP and Excel

Experience in R2R, AR, Finance, or Shared Services environments.

Exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum) and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.

Professional certifications (CBAP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

Skills  

• Must have 6 to 10 years’ experience as a BA.
• Must have BE/BTech or BBA
• Must have experience in Business Analysis
• Must have Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
