- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Create and maintain artifacts such as BRD, FRD, Use Cases, Process Flows.
- Analyze data and build dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making.
- Proficient in creating Wireframes/Prototypes.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Support application modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud-based platforms.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives.
- Track and manage project progress using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) and working knowledge of Figma.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
