About your role

IT Program Manager with AI experience, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives. Accountable for translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions, managing program roadmaps, prioritizing delivery backlogs, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements definition, solution design, AI use case identification, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, program governance, and agile delivery while ensuring business value realization. Strong relationship management skills are essential to effectively support business and technology stakeholders, deliver strategic initiatives, and maintain a high standard of service across new and existing platforms, products, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key skills required

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 10–14 years of experience in project/program management in technology environments
• Strong technical understanding across:
• Application development (web/mobile)
• APIs and system integrations
• Cloud platforms and DevOps basics
• Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or data-driven solutions
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on experience in:
• Agile/Scrum delivery
• Project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans

Good-to-Have (High Value)

• Experience in Agentic AI / intelligent automation ecosystems
• Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs
• Familiarity with:
• Microservices architecture
• Data pipelines and analytics platforms
