As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

 Your work profile

 

 

·      Lead requirements elicitation across client headquarters, field offices, regulatory stakeholders and downstream user organizations through workshops, interviews and process-shadowing.

·      Own the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Requirements Document (FRD) library across all platform modules in scope.

·      Author and maintain process maps (As-Is / To-Be), user journeys, user stories with INVEST-grade acceptance criteria, and policy-to-rule mappings for regulatory workflows.

·      Own the Requirements Traceability Matrix end-to-end and govern its integrity from regulation through design and test case to UAT evidence.

·      Represent requirement intent in design reviews, sprint refinement, demos and architecture forums; sign off on functional readiness for each release.

·      Lead change-request impact analysis, including pickup of regulatory and policy changes, and surface scope trade-offs to the Steering Committee.

·      Mentor and review the work of junior business analysts; act as the primary requirements interface to client stakeholders and the technical leadership team.

·      Support User Acceptance Testing — scenario design, UAT execution coordination, defect triage and the formal acceptance walkthrough with the client.

·      Maintain a domain knowledge base of applicable regulations, policy guidelines and operational practices used across the platform.

 

 Key Skills Required

 

•    Requirement elicitation, BRD / FRD authoring and acceptance-criteria design

•    Process modelling using BPMN, UML and user-story mapping

•     End-to-end Requirements Traceability Matrix ownership

•     Stakeholder facilitation across senior government officials and decision-makers

•     Strong written and verbal communication; structured workshop design

•     Working understanding of regulatory and policy-driven operational environments

•     Approved Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)

•     As-Is and To-Be Process Maps and User Journey Documents

•     User Story Backlog with Acceptance Criteria

•     Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) - end-to-end coverage

•     Change-Request Impact Analyses and Scope-Trade Notes

•     UAT Scenarios and Acceptance Walkthrough Reports

 

 

Education Details

 

·      Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems. MBA or PGDM preferred

·      Total Experience Minimum 7-10 years of business-analysis experience, including at least 4 years in a Senior or Lead Business Analyst capacity on enterprise or government platforms.

·      Government IT Experience Experience delivering large transformation programmes for Central Government Ministries, Regulators or Statutory Bodies.

·      Delivery Model Exposure Hands-on experience operating in Agile / Scaled Agile delivery models with mature backlog grooming and traceability practices.

·      Standards Awareness Working knowledge of DPDP Act, ISO 27001, GIGW and WCAG 2.1

AA — sufficient to author non-functional and accessibility requirements.

·      Certifications CBAP (IIBA) / PMI-PBA / Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
