M.E. or M. Tech or MBA from a recognized institution.

8 Yrs. Experience in Finance / Human Resource / ERP domain

Indicative Job Description:

 - Lead end-to-end analysis, optimization, and re-engineering of business processes across Finance and/or Human Resource functions.

 - Provide subject matter expertise on ERP applications, modules, configurations, and best practices.

- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and process mapping for ERP implementations or enhancements.

 -Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into ERP-driven solutions and workflow improvements.

- Oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT), validate process changes, and ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.

- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation, standardization, and process improvements.

- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure solution alignment and timely delivery.

- Prepare documentation including BRDs, SOPs, process flows, and training materials for business users.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, audit requirements, and ERP governance standards.
