Work Profile
- Review DPRs, master plans, BOQs and cost estimates for healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Assess infrastructure readiness and identify gaps against applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support infrastructure planning and capacity expansion for Medical Colleges, Teaching Hospitals, Nursing, Dental and Allied Health Institutions.
- Develop high-level project schedules, implementation roadmaps and execution plans for infrastructure development initiatives.
- Monitor project progress against approved scope, timelines and key milestones.
- Conduct field visits to assess infrastructure readiness, validate project status and identify implementation bottlenecks.
- Review infrastructure proposals and provide advisory support for project prioritization and investment planning.
- Support preparation and review of technical specifications, tender documents and procurement-related technical inputs.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, institutions and other stakeholders on infrastructure-related matters.
- Support appraisal and monitoring of state-funded and centrally sponsored healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical inputs on project feasibility, capacity expansion, infrastructure investment prioritization and implementation planning.
- Undertake other infrastructure planning, technical review, project monitoring and advisory assignments as per the requirement to the engagement.
