- Develop project plans for execution of mechanical erection works across various packages for a thermal power project including boiler, main power house, BoP components
- Plan and generate look-ahead for erection material delivery coordinating directly with manufacturing units
- Review task preparation in terms of availability of desired inputs for construction incl. design, manpower , equipment & material
- Track contractor resource and manpower requirement aligned with meeting construction targets
- Suggest strategies/execution practices to expedite mechanical erection activities
- Coordination with engineering team for resolution of any issues
- Develop project plans for mechanical erection aligned with system readiness/overall commissioning
- Preparation of capex plan for mechanical erection works
- Follow up with various contractors/execution agencies for various execution related targets/commitments
- Assistance in monitoring contractor performance
