Your Work Profile
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Work closely with government stakeholders to understand business challenges, policy objectives, and operational requirements.
- Translate business needs into analytics use cases and actionable data-driven solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and executive presentations.
- Provide strategic advisory on data governance, performance management, and digital transformation initiatives.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions for government programs and public sector initiatives.
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Design and develop dashboards, MIS reports, KPI scorecards, and analytical reports using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management information systems (MIS) for monitoring KPIs and program performance.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to support policy decisions and operational improvements.
Data Management & Governance
- Support data quality assessment, data cleansing, and data standardization initiatives.
- Define data governance frameworks, data standards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Assist clients in establishing data management best practices and governance structures.
Project Management
- Lead analytics workstreams and manage project deliverables within timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with client teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, risk registers, and steering committee presentations.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts.
Government Consulting & Policy Analysis
- Collaborate with government departments and senior officials to understand policy objectives and operational challenges.
- Analyze government processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
- Conduct comparative studies, benchmarking exercises, policy research, and impact assessments.
- Prepare concept notes, business cases, policy recommendations, and strategic reports.
- Support implementation of digital governance and e-Governance initiatives.
Business Development
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities for expanding analytics and digital transformation services within government accounts.
- Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and knowledge assets.
Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Management Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience working with Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Smart Cities, Ministries, Regulatory Bodies, or Development Agencies is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing client-facing consulting engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent.
