Owned enterprise workflow and process optimization for the company’s PACS (medical imaging) enterprise software product serving US radiology clients, translating clinical and operational requirements into structured product and process improvements.

Managed the Insight360 analytics dashboard – gathering feedback from the US-based team, shaping the product roadmap, and prioritising enhancements to improve reporting and decision-making for radiology workflows.

Led deep functional analysis of the radiologist and technologist worklists, building a capability inventory and driving fit-gap assessments to align the product with client workflow needs.

Coordinated across cross-functional and cross-geography teams (product, engineering and client-facing), maintaining structured documentation and process standards for the enterprise imaging platform.
