Technical Expert
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 14 years of relevant technical development experience in enterprise application development, system integration, and technology implementation.
Key Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of APIs, database design, system integration, application development, and troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Understanding of application performance, scalability, security, and integration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to development and implementation teams.
- Support architecture and technical design reviews and ensure adherence to defined technology standards.
- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Analyze and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor development teams and promote best practices in software development and implementation.
Preferred Skills
- Relevant technical certifications are optional.
- Experience in healthcare, government, health insurance, or large-scale digital platforms would be an added advantage.
