Job Title: Senior Consultant | Digital Manufacturing Systems | Delhi | Supply Chain & Network Operations
Seeking an experienced Process Improvement Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in manufacturing processes, developing and implementing solutions to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. This role requires expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies, as well as the ability to conduct value stream mapping and other process analysis techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping.
- Recommend and integrate new technologies (Industry 4.0).
- Develop and track KPIs; analyze performance data.
- Train and coach employees on improvement practices.
- Optimize supply chain for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Maintain quality management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; communicate findings.
- Lead and manage improvement projects.
- Solve manufacturing process issues.
- Facilitate change management for new processes/technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or consulting,
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and project management tools..
- Understanding of RCA, PFMEA, Defect Elimination, and 5S.
- Familiarity with digital initiatives and improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen).
- Knowledge of lean concepts (value stream mapping, SMED)
