Job Title:  Senior Consultant | EDUT | Delhi | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions | GPS Industry Solution

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to support Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) and regulatory reform initiatives for State Government. The candidate will be responsible for driving business process reengineering, regulatory simplification, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of EoDB reforms across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation and monitoring of EoDB reforms and Business Reforms Action Plan (BRAP).
• Conduct process mapping, business process reengineering (BPR), and regulatory assessments.
• Coordinate with government departments and stakeholders for reform implementation.
• Prepare policy notes, reports, presentations, and progress monitoring dashboards.
• Support digitization initiatives, single-window systems, and service delivery improvements.
• Undertake data analysis, benchmarking, and impact assessment of reforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–8 years of experience in Government Advisory, Public Policy, EoDB, or Regulatory Reforms.
• Experience in BRAP, EoDB reforms, Process Reengineering, Regulatory Compliance Burden Reduction (RCBR), and Single Window Systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with State Governments, PMUs, or consulting firms will be preferred.d.
• MBA/Postgraduate degree preferred.
