Job Role

As a Senior Consultant, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

• Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional experience in the energy sector

• Understand and lead short and long term projects

• Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream

• Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments

• Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing energy landscape

• Communicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel for delivering engagements

Education Details:

BE / B. Tech degree from reputed institutions in relevant disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, electronics, power, energy management and power systems.

MBA is preferred

Skills required:

• Work experience min. 5 years of professional experience.

• Good understanding of technology, energy sector modelling

• Able to support pursuits and projects across all industries

• Out-of-box thinking and an inclination for problem solving

• Good business acumen and general awareness of the overall business environment, understanding the broader context in which the work impacts business performance

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written & verbal), with a confident leadership & influencing style; able to make an impact with different stakeholders

• Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants

• Willingness to take initiative and learn independently; a fast learner who can adapt to a dynamic new energy landscape
