Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Energy | Delhi | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions

We are seeking two (2) experienced Domain Experts or Functional Managers with a strong background in Digitalization, Data Analytics, AI & Intelligent Automation, Cybersecurity, and IT Governance. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of industry-specific software platforms, particularly within the energy and natural resources sector.

In this role, you will contribute to the strategic direction, planning, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions while ensuring secure and compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of digital solutions and AI-driven initiatives across various business domains.
• Provide expertise in data analytics and intelligent automation to drive efficiency and enhance business processes.
• Oversee cybersecurity practices and ensure adherence to IT governance standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that optimize workflows and improve operational outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging industry-leading software platforms and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Digitalization, Data Analytics, AI & Intelligent Automation, Cybersecurity, or IT Governance.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the following software platforms:
• Schlumberger Petrel
• Schlumberger Intersect
• Schlumberger Eclipse
• Schlumberger OFM
• CMG (Computer Modelling Group)
• Nexus
• Openworks
• Halliburton Landmark
• Halliburton Static & Dynamic Modeling
• Demonstrated experience in project implementation using any of the listed software platforms is a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects and work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT governance frameworks, ensuring solutions are both secure and compliant.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of driving digital transformation and leveraging AI/Intelligent Automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with the energy or oil & gas sectors, particularly in relation to geophysical and reservoir modeling.
